Memories and Rewards...

My second two-year term as the President of the Pathfinder Chapter comes to an end this month. Serving in this role has been an honor, and I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all members and guests who have been part of this journey. I am deeply thankful for the trust, support, and encouragement you have shown me throughout my time in this role. Together, we have celebrated successes, overcome challenges, and continued to strengthen the spirit and purpose of our Chapter.

This has been a team effort shared for two years with other Board Officers: Karen Oliver – Vice President; Marianne Calabrese – Secretary; Amy Dawson – Treasurer. It takes strong dedicated individuals who give their time, talents, and passion to help our organization thrive. Applause and kudos are due to these women. The achievements of the past term were not the result of one person’s efforts, but of a team committed to working together toward shared goals. Their enthusiasm and willingness to serve have inspired me every step of the way and made this experience very rewarding. It truly has been an effective, collaborative and enjoyable experience.

To our Committee Chairs: you are the backbone and life support for our Chapter. To our members: you make the journey worthwhile and you give fulfillment to this role. I strongly suggest each of you consider joining this train and experience a leadership role in Pathfinder Chapter.

As I hand the baton to Amy, I do so with confidence and optimism for the future of our league. Your new board will be as committed, inspirational, and will bring new perspectives and style to continue to help Pathfinder grow.

Thank you for allowing me the privilege of serving as your President. I look forward to continuing to support Pathfinder in in any capacity, answering any questions about Pathfinder or ABWA, and watching it grow and succeed in the years ahead.
