October is here, and I’m still riding the wave of inspiration and excitement from last week’s National Women’s  Leadership Conference in Sugar Land, Texas! It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn, celebrate, and be reminded of the incredible power of women supporting women. Congratulations to our new ABWA National Board as they begin their leadership journey! Pathfinder had so much to celebrate, including receiving the Striving for Best Practices Award! We were also incredibly proud to see Ardis recognized on stage as a Top Ten and to cheer on Debbie and Rebecca as they graduated from the KU program. What a fantastic celebration of achievement, leadership, and the spirit of Pathfinder!

I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Karen Fitting for her outstanding service as our District VI Vice President for the past two years. Karen, your leadership, dedication, and commitment to ABWA and District VI have been truly appreciated.

As we return home energized and inspired, let’s carry that conference spirit with us by continuing to support one another, celebrate our successes, and embrace new opportunities to learn, lead, and grow. I am so proud of all that Pathfinder continues to accomplish and even more excited about what lies ahead for our league!

In ABWA and in friendship.
