As we step into September, my heart is full knowing that so many Pathfinder members will represent our chapter at the National Women’s Leadership Conference in Sugarland, Texas. NWLC is always a powerful reminder of why we choose ABWA: the learning, inspiration, connections, and renewed sense of purpose we bring home. I look forward to celebrating the experiences, insights, and “aha!” moments each attendee will share during our October program. It will be an energizing evening of leadership, growth, and sisterhood.

September is also a wonderful time to reconnect as a chapter. Whether you’ve been with Pathfinder for years or are newly joining us, I hope you’ll lean into the community around you. Attend a meeting, reach out to a fellow member, or simply introduce yourself to someone you have not met yet. The strength of Pathfinder has always been in the relationships we build, and this month is the perfect moment to reignite that spirit.

As we embrace this new year of opportunity, I encourage every member to find a place to plug in, whether through a committee, a project team, or a role that sparks your interest. Pathfinder thrives because of the hands, hearts, and talents of its members, and your involvement truly makes a difference. Together, we’ll continue to grow,innovate, and carry our chapter’s legacy forward with pride.
